Pickup or pick-up may refer to:
- Pickup (music), a device which detects vibrations from musical instruments
- Anacrusis or upbeat, also called pickup note(s)
- A phonograph (a.k.a. gramophone or record player) pickup, or magnetic cartridge, located on a tone-arm, and projecting a stylus; used for playback of gramophone records
- Pickup truck (also "pick-up"), a light truck with an open-top rear cargo area.
- Pickup scene, a scene which is filmed after the main production of a film has finished and which will be edited into the rest
- The act of attracting another person for a date or sexual encounter (see seduction)
