Pilgrim's Choice

Pilgrim's Choice is a brand of cheddar cheese, made in Wincanton, Somerset, England.
It is the second best selling brand of cheese in the United Kingdom.
Those are the different flavours it manufactures:
- Mild & Mild Coloured - Medium - Mature and Mature Coloured - Extra Mature and Extra Mature Coloured - Strong - Reserve
Other cheddar variations are also manufactured as well as Cheshire, Red Leicester and Double Gloucester.
It supplies all major supermarkets in the UK and exports to countries in Europe, America, Africa and the Middle East.
It is a medium sized employer in the Wincanton area. It employs staff from Portugal and Poland.
