Premium Outlets

The term Premium Outlets and Premium Outlet Shopping are registered trademarks of Chelsea Property Group (a subsidiary of Simon Property Group) and is used to denote its upscale outlet shopping centers. These outlet centers typically have 70–120 stores and are comprised of retailers who are primarily manufacturers of designer apparel, shoes, sportswear, home furnishings, and specialty items that are sold direct to the public at substantial savings. Outlet centers are located in the U.S., Japan and Mexico.
