- Jérôme Pugin (1959- ): Attending physician, Intensive Care, University hospital, 1211 Geneva 14, Switzerland. Research activities: molecular mechanisms of sepsis and acute respiratory distress syndrome, immune suppression during sepsis, and ventilator-induced lung injury and ventilator-associated pneumonia.
