Qiryat Mal'akhi (Hebrew: קִרְיַת מַלְאָכִי, unofficially spelled Kiryat Malachi) is a city in the Southern District in Israel. According to the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS), at the end of 2004 the city had a total population of 19,400. Its jurisdiction is 5,000 dunams (5 km²). Moshe Katsav, the current president of Israel, was once the mayor of Qiryat Mal'akhi.

According to CBS, in 2001 the ethnic makeup of the city was all Jewish and other non-Arabs, without significant Arab population. In 2001 there were 37 immigrant settlers. See Population groups in Israel.

According to CBS, in 2001 there were 9,600 males and 9,400 females. The population of the city was spread out with 41.6% 19 years of age or younger, 16.9% between 20 and 29, 17.8% between 30 and 44, 14.1% from 45 to 59, 2.8% from 60 to 64, and 6.8% 65 years of age or older. The population growth rate in 2001 was -1.2%.

According to CBS, as of 2000, in the city there were 5,692 salaried workers and 458 are self-employed. The mean monthly wage in 2000 for a salaried worker in the city is ILS 3,513, a real change of -3.4% over the course of 2000. Salaried males have a mean monthly wage of ILS 4,558 (a real change of -3.1%) versus ILS 2,405 for females (a real change of -4.9%). The mean income for the self-employed is 5,471. There are 472 people who receive unemployment benefits and 3,301 people who receive an income guarantee.

Qiryat Mal'akhi's main transportation hub is the Mal'akhi Junction (also called Qastina for the Arab village that once stood there).

According to CBS, there are 15 schools and 4,909 students in the city. They are spread out as 10 elementary schools and 2,867 elementary school students, and 9 high schools and 2,042 high school students. 47.9% of 12th grade students were entitled to a matriculation certificate in 2001.
