Rayovac

Rayovac is a battery maker based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The company was founded in 1906 as the French Battery Co., in Madison, Wisconsin, United States. Rayovac's holdings include the Remington Products Company, United Pet Group and battery companies Varta, Ningbo Baowang, and Microlite S.A.. Because of the diversification, the corporation changed its name to Spectrum Brands in 2005.
