Rhabdochlamydiaceae is a family of bacteria in the order Chlamydiales, class Chlamydiae, phylum Chlamydiae, domain Bacteria. Species in this family have a chlamydia-like cycle of replication and their ribosomal RNA genes are 80–90% identical to ribosomal genes in the Chlamydiaceae. Rhabdochlamydiaceae currently includes a single genus: Rhabdochlamydia.

Two Rhabdochlamydiaceae species have been proposed. Both are Candidatus species because the isolates have not been cultured in vitro. Candidatus Rhabdochlamydia porcellionis was identified in the hepatopancreas of the terrestrial isopod Porcellio scaber (Crustacea: Isopoda). Interestingly, this isopod is a distant relative of now-extinct fossil Trilobites, which flourished throughout the lower Paleozoic era.

The second species is Candidatus Rhabdochlamydia crassificans, which was identified in the cockroach Blatta orientalis (Insecta: Blattodea).
