Rhubarb crumble

Rhubarb crumble is a traditional British dessert, often served with custard, cream or ice cream. The "crumble" is produced by rubbing sugar, flour, butter, and possibly oats together. The mixture is then sprinkled over cut up rhubarb and baked.
