Rigger may mean:

  • Rigger (modern usage), a person or company which specializes in the lifting and moving of extremely large and heavy objects
  • A person in the film industry who rigs scaffolding for film sets and camera rigs. Also termed as a Standby Rigger if they are on site all of the time and 'on call.' See also Wire Rigger.
  • A person who attended to the rigging of a sailing ship (original usage) or a racing shell in the sport of rowing
  • Parachute rigger, someone working with aircraft and parachutes
  • Short for outrigger, often used in rowing or canoeing
  • Bondage Rigger, someone who ties up others primarily as an art form
