Rozendaal () is a town in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Vlist, and lies about 8 km south of Woerden.
The statistical area "Rozendaal", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 90.<ref name="CBS2">Statistics Netherlands (CBS), Statline: Kerncijfers wijken en buurten 2003-2005. As of January 1, 2005.</ref>
