Sakkos
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Sakkos (Greek: σάκκος) is a vestment worn by an Orthodox bishop instead of the priest's phelonion. This is a tunic with wide sleeves and a distinctive pattern of trim. It reaches below the knees and is always buttoned up the sides [1]. It is similar in form to the western dalmatic.
