Santa Comba Dão (pron. IPA: ['sɐ̃tɐ 'kõbɐ dɐ̃ũ]) is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 112.0 km² and a total population of 12,393 inhabitants.

The municipality is composed of 9 parishes and is located in the district Viseu.

The present mayor is João António Pais Lourenço, elected by a coalition between the Social Democratic Party and the People's Party.

António de Oliveira Salazar who was the Prime Minister of Portugal from 1932 to 1968 and leader of the Estado Novo, was born in Santa Comba Dão on April 28, 1889.

The municipal holiday is Ascension Day.
