Seam may refer to:
- A seam, in sewing, is the line where two or more layers of fabric are held together by stitching
- The thread on the surface of a cricket ball consists of a main seam and a quarter seam. Bowling with the main seam upright is called seam bowling, or simply seam, and such bowlers are called seamers
