Simple cuboidal epithelial

Simple cuboidal epithelial is a description of the cell and its arrangement in tissue. Simple means one cell width in structure. Cuboidal means cube like in shape. Epithelial means that it is protective in nature. Simple cuboidal epithelium is found throughout the body, and is used in filtering such as in the kidneys.
