Songbird Estates is the name of a company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Its main business is the ownership of the Canary Wharf Group, a developer, owner and manager of large office buildings at Canary Wharf in London's Docklands.

Songbird Estates was formed to take over Canary Wharf in 2003 and succeeded in 2004. It was led by Morgan Stanley's Real Estate Fund known as MSREF.
