Real Sporting de Gijón is a Spanish football team team from Gijón, Asturias. Formed on June 1 1905, they currently play in the Segunda División. Known as the Rojiblancos because of their red and white strip, they play in the El Molinón stadium. This stadium is the oldest professional soccer stadium in Spain, having been built in 1908 on the site of an old windmill. Hence the stadium name, the Spanish word for "windmill".
