Tahj Dayton Mowry (born 17 May 1986) is an American actor and voice actor, best known for starring in The WB's sitcom Smart Guy. He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii to Timothy, who is Irish American and Italian American, and Darlene, who is African American. He is the younger brother of the twin sisters Tia Mowry and Tamera Mowry, and is the older brother of Tavior. Mowry loves to play football and currently lives in California. Both Mowry and his sisters appeared in each other's shows in cameo roles.

Besides Smart Guy, Mowry has appeared in various other shows, such as Full House as Teddy, a best friend of Michelle Tanner (Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen), and in a number of Disney Channel Original Movies. Mowry also performs the voice of Wade in the Disney Channel animated series Kim Possible.

Mowry currently attends Pepperdine University, after only one year of playing football at Savannah State University in Georgia. Although Tahj did not attend Wyoming University he is listed on there 2005 football roster. It is believed that he made a last minute decision to attend Savanah State instead of Wyoming. He currently wrapped up filming Are We Done Yet?, the sequel to the 2005 film Are We There Yet?, starring alongside Ice Cube and Nia Long
