Telcel

Telcel is Mexico's largest cell phone carrier, owned by Telmex.
Founded in 1989 and based in Mexico City, Telcel is the first wireless provider in Latin America to deploy EDGE and GSM technology.
They claim more than 32 million clients and 75% of Mexico's wireless market as the only carrier with complete national coverage and national automatic roaming service. They are a subsidiary of América Móvil. They sponsored a NASCAR Busch Series race, the Telcel-Motorola 200, on 6 March 2005.
