The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show

The Charlie Brown and Snoopy Show was an animated television series featuring characters and storylines from the Charles M. Schulz comic strip Peanuts. It aired from 1983 to 1985 on CBS. It briefly aired on Disney Channel and Nickelodeon in the 1990's. In Canada, it briefly aired on YTV.

The series' format was based on 2 CBS specials, A Charlie Brown Celebration (1982) and It's an Adventure, Charlie Brown (1983).

Segments from the show were released in random compilations during the mid-80s. Paramount later released the original episodes (albeit with newly-added title cards) on nine volumed VHS tapes in 1996, but no plans for a DVD set have been announced.
