The Monarch (rowing)

The Monarch is a rowing crew that does not row or compete at Eton College. It's duties include teaching rowing, driving safety launches and organising internal rowing events. Its members are called Monarchists and are appointed by the 9th Man in the Monarch and the Internal Rowing Master and then approved by the Head Master.
