The Simpsons' 7th season (September 1995 - May 1996) began on September 17, 1995. The season contains two hold-over episodes from the season 6 (2F) production line including the second half of "Who Shot Mr. Burns?". It also contains two other episodes written by season 5 & 6's writing team. The seventh season was released on DVD December 13, 2005.
