Timothy Herbert

Timothy Herbert is an orthopaedic surgeon best known for his work with the scaphoid bone and related invention, the Herbert screw. The Herbert screw is a dual threaded cannulated screw typically made from titanium for its stainless properties as the screw is normally intended to remain in the patient indefinitely.
