Image:Trzebnica herb (1).gif Trzebnica (German: Trebnitz) is a city near Wrocław in Silesia, capital of Trzebnica County.
Hedwig of Andechs entered the Cistercian convent of Trzebnica upon the death of her husband Henryk I the Bearded of Głogów in battle with the Mongols in 1238. She died in October 1243 and was buried at Trzebnica, while relics of her are preserved at Andechs Abbey.
