Jack TV is a Philippine cable tv network owned by Solar Entertainment Corporation. It offers comedy, animation, sports entertainment and technology-oriented shows. It shows mostly Comedy Central shows, but also shows shows from U.S. channels like G4, Cartoon Network, USA Network, and The CW. It is shown at Channel 51 of SkyCable. Last March 2005, it debuted on Solar USA (Ultimate in Suspense and Action) from 4.00pm to 12.00mn then 12.00nn - 3.00am until it swallowed Solar USA, where the latter's content were transferred to a new channel Crime Suspense. On July 12, 2006 Jack TV became one year old.
