New Jersey's Eleventh Congressional District is currently represented by Republican Rodney Frelinghuysen. The district is a suburban Republican leaning district that is centered in Morris County. House races are rarely competitive in this district, due to the conservative ideological leanings of the district's constituents and registration advantage enjoyed by Republicans.
