Volodymyr-Volyns'kyi, Polish: Włodzimierz Wołyński, Russian: Владимир-Волынский; also referred to as Vladimir-Volynsky) is a historic city located in the Volyn Oblast (province), in north-western Ukraine. Serving as the administrative center of the Volodymyr-Volynskyi Raion (district), the city itself is also designated as a separate raion within the oblast.

The city is located in the historic region of Volhynia. It was a part of Poland from 1919-1939. Austrian authorities referred to it as Lodomeria. During WWII, a German concentration camp was located nearby the city.

The current estimated population is around 38,000 (as of 2004). 5 km south from Volodymyr is Zymne, with the oldest Orthodox monastery in Volynia.
