Voluntary action

A voluntary action is something that you choose to do. The opposite of this is a reflex action. A list of some voluntary actions includes; ♥ Picking something up ♥ Laughing ♥ Writing ♥ Winking (this is a difficult one, if you wink when an object comes to close then that is reflex but if you wink for fun it is voluntary)
