Sen. Walter H. Dalton
Walter H. Dalton is a Democratic member of the North Carolina General Assembly representing the state's forty-sixth Senate district, including constituents in Cleveland and Rutherford counties. An attorney from Rutherfordton, North Carolina, Dalton is currently serving in his fifth term in the state Senate. He was elected to a sixth term on November 7, 2006.
