Wickham is a townsite located 1572 km north of Perth and 13 km north of Roebourne in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. The town was built in 1968-1970 by the Cliffs Robe River mining company to support the nearby Cape Lambert port. Wickham was originally a closed company town, but beginning a few years after the town's founding, the State Housing Commission built public housing.
