YAWS

Yaws (Yet another webserver) is a webserver written in Erlang. Yaws can be embedded into other Erlang-based applications.
A load test comparing Yaws and Apache found that with the hardware tested, Apache failed at 4000 dynamic requests per second, while Yaws continued functioning at over 80,000 requests per second.
