Yoku Shioya

Yoku Shioya (塩屋翼 Shioya Yoku), born June 24, 1958 in Kagoshima, Japan, has been a voice actor since the age of 14 in Umi no Triton (1972). Recently he has done some voice directing in such anime as Basilisk: The Kouga Ninja Scrolls. His real name is Tsubasa Shioya. His older brother is voice actor Kōzō Shioya.
