Yukhoe

Image:Yukhoe1.jpg Yukhoe (육회, 肉膾) is a Korean dish consisting of raw seasoned ground beef, very similar to steak tartare. The Yukhoe is seasoned with soy sauce, green onion, garlic, sesame seed, sesame oil, sugar, black pepper and Nashi_Pear. The dish is popular in Japan as well as Korea.
