Yuya Uchida

Yuya Uchida (内田裕也 UCHIDA Yūya, born November 17, 1939.) is a Japanese rock and roll singer and actor, best known for his music and his appearance in the Ridley Scott film Black Rain.
His first acting role was in the play "Western carnival" in 1959. His first movie was "Subarashiki Akujyo" in 1963. In 1964 he released his first rock and roll album "Rock surfing hot rod". He is legendary in the Japanese music scene for his "Rock and Roll" spirit and for putting his heart and soul into everything he does.
In 2003 he appeared as a tattoo artist in the film Akame 48 Waterfalls, directed by Arato Genjiro.
