Jerry Lordan

Jerry Lordan (1934-1995), was a British composer and singer. He had a few minor hits in the United Kingdom as a singer, but his best achievements were as a composer of instrumentals, especially for The Shadows, most notably Apache and Wonderful Land.

He also made a brief foray in acting, appearing in the 1977 sex comedy Come Play with Me. The film was directed by his neighbour, George Harrison Marks.
